One book, two months

As a home baker who is eager to learn, I have access to many sources of knowledge, the internet being one of them. I have found that books are my favorite way to learn, as you really get to know the authors, their methods and techniques and their style, all of which are an invaluable source of knowledge.

I pick a book and bake from it as much as my schedule allows for two months (give or take). It started out with one bake a week, nowadays I try to fit in at least four!
